Treat your family to Goose fat roasties and Yorkshire puddings (we have all been through enough not too).

Bob’s top tip, when your roasties are done pour the really hot left over goose fat in to an even hotter Yorkshire pudding tin. Put this in the oven whilst the roasties cook. Smash your oven temp right up, pour in your Yorkshire pudding batter (should be bubbling). Get them in the oven quick close the oven door and don’t even dare open it. You will have gnarly massive Yorkshire puddings in 20 mins. These should be done last, so plate up and carve whilst these are in, serve straight away.
